• What colors, patterns and sizes of quartz do you offer?

  We offer a wide range of quartz designs (marble-like veining, solid colors, speckled textures, etc.) in standard thicknesses (1.5 cm, 2 cm). You can also send us a sample or color reference, and we can customize the color or size accordingly. All our products meet international quality standards.

• How do you quote prices?

  Price depends on the color/design, thickness and order quantity. Please provide the specific requirements (color, size, quantity, etc.), and we will send a detailed FOB or CIF price usually within 1–2 business days. For large orders, we can offer more competitive pricing.

• Can you provide a sample?

  Yes, we can provide samples for your evaluation. Typically the sample itself is free, but the shipping cost is borne by the customer (which can be refunded or credited in a formal order). Please let us know the color and size you need, and we will arrange it promptly.

• Can you customize colors or engrave our logo?

  Yes, customization is available. You can send us your desired color inspiration, sample or color code, and we will adjust the quartz formulation accordingly. We can also engrave your company logo on the finished slabs or tiles. Please note that custom orders usually have a minimum order requirement.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept various payment methods: T/T (usually 50% deposit, 100% before shipment), L/C at sight. The exact terms can be confirmed in the contract, and we can work out the best arrangement for you.

• What is your lead time?

  Typically the production and delivery takes about 10–20 days after order confirmation, depending on the order quantity and production schedule. Larger orders may require more time. We will start production right after confirmation and keep you updated throughout the process.

• How do you ship the goods?

  We mainly ship by sea under FOB (ex-works) or CIF terms. Please let us know your shipping requirements, and we will propose the most suitable shipping method and cost.

• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  Our typical MOQ is around 200 square meters per design/color. You can mix multiple colors or patterns in one container if needed. We can also negotiate MOQ based on your specific requirements.

  We use high-purity quartz crystals and resins, produced on advanced machinery. We have a strict ISO9001 quality management system.
